How do voice minutes work?
Each month your plan fills a pool: 300 minutes on Pro, about 15 minutes every workday, and 400 on Max, about 20 minutes every workday. Only live voice sessions draw from it. Summaries, triage, and everything you type are unlimited and never counted.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Tools and headroom. Pro connects your calendar plus one task tool: Notion, Todoist, or Linear. Max connects every task tool, gets new integrations first, and carries the bigger pool: 400 minutes to Pro's 300. Text AI is unlimited on both.
What happens if I use up my minutes?
Nothing breaks. Reading, typing, summaries, and every text feature keep working, and a $7 top-up adds 60 minutes to your pool whenever you want one. The pool fills back up each month.
How does the free week work?
Every account starts with one: pick your plan, and the first 7 days are the trial, with 45 minutes of voice, that plan's tools connected, and unlimited text AI. Spend the minutes however you like, all at once on day one or a little every morning.
What counts as a mailbox?
One email address connected to SayMail. Each plan includes your first; every additional address adds $10 a month to the bill and 90 minutes to your monthly voice pool.
Does SayMail ever send email without me?
No. SayMail drafts and you confirm. Nothing sends, archives, or books until you say so.
How do I cancel?
From the app, whenever you like. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
